Tops equipment
GALVANIN produces the following equipment for tops:
PRESS
The press for the compression of tops is composed of a heavy duty structure in painted steel. Operated by one worker, it presses columns of tops in the spindles. It is driven by a pneumatic cylinder with easy operation with the possibility of adjusting the pressure as well as the running span of the pressing head.
CENTRIFUGE
Machine with capacity of 4 spindles. The high rotation speeds ensure uniform extraction with minimal residual moisture and considerable reducing in drying times. It is equipped with a special device for drain of the water removing from the material during the phase of hydroextraction.
DYEING MACHINES
Both vertical and horizontal model.
DRYER
Hot air dryer conceived and designed through the application of the most modern engineering technologies aimed at increasing thermal exploitation and reducing to the minimum the utilized power. The working cycle is fully automatic allowing a stop of the drying operation upon reaching of the presetted residual moisture. It is equipped with trolleys with spindles for tops. Hot air dryer can have a capacity of 1 or 2 or 4 trolleys.
