Hot Air Dryer for Yarn Packages

The hot air dryer is supplied with trolleys provided with air channeling to ensure uniform air distribution throughout the entire surface and individually into each spindle trolleys mounted on pivoting wheels with high resistant bearings turning at any angle. Hot air dryer can have a capacity of 1 or 2 or 4 trolleys. The configuration of the trolleys varies according to the packages dimensions. The dryer can be supplied with two independent chambers and automatic closing cap system. Hot air dryer loading and unloading can be completely automatized thanks to a special shuttle. The function of the shuttle is to transfer the trolley of dryer between hydroextraction area, parking position, hot air dryer and unloading robot.
