Press
It presses a cake in a forming basket that can be designed for any cake diameter, height and capacity. It can press together up to n° 2 or 3 cakes (according to cake weight) together. The operator has to place the lid manually over the packing cage before pressing operation.
Tilting device with hopper feeder and fine opener
It reverses and breaks the cake in one time to the conveyor belt of the wet cake opener. Automatic hopper feeder with automatic fine opener for dryer feeding.
Dyeing machine
High pressure and high temperature machine for dyeing of the fiber. Can be supplied with 100% volume stock tank and 1 or 2 additional tanks for chemicals and dyestuff.
Low energy hot air dryer
It has a modular design for easier addition of supplementary chambers at a later stage to increase the capacity. It has a special hot air circulation passing through the fiber and the stainless steel perforated conveyor belt from top to bottom. Equipped with filter to guarantee removal of impurities and dust and automatic system to control the speed of the belt, air temperature and final residual humidity of the fiber.
CENTRIFUGE
Automatic centrifugal hydroextractor for fibre suitable to work with disk with chains. Equipped with double rotating lid to avoid the possibility of exit of the fibres during the hydroextraction.
