Laboratory machine

Laboratory machines suitable for dyeing houses or laboratories with small batches in packages, hanks, tops, tow, loose fiber and fabric. Entirely made in stainless steel AISI 316L, the machine works with air pad system in order to always keep constant liquor ratio like in the big size dyeing machine. It is equipped with centrifugal pump connected to inverter, tank for chemical products, sampling device, programmer with control device of the automatic dyeing cycle. Heating and cooling of bath is done through an heat exchanger that can work with overheated water or with steam and cold water. Thanks to a special basket, the dyeing tube can contain 1 or 2 kg of tow or loose fiber. In case of loose fiber, it can be used for both dyeing and bleaching. Machine can be designed to dye more than one colour: in this case it will be equipped with coupling device to dye different colours in different tubes. Standard dimensions of the tubes are: Ø 200-250 mm, height = 170-1.020 mm but it can be adapted according to customer’s needs.
