Fabric Hydroextractor​

The ambition of this development is to create a system that would enhance the working efficiency and reduce all possible costs during fabric hydroextraction process. Particular attention has been paid to the significant cost saving in terms of manpower and electricity by 50-70% respectively when compared with the conventional process. Customer can also select between the fully automatic and semi-automatic installation. The capacity of the fabric centrifuge can vary from 50 kg to 500 kg of weight of dry fabric or terry towel. The automatic centrifugal hydroextractor for fabric or terry towel are suitable to work with extractable centrifugable baskets specially designed for saving of energy and labour cost on dyeing fabric production. Special consideration has been given to fabric quality during hydroextraction by specially engineered devices and constructive shrewdness which ensure no damage to the material. The fabric is loaded and unloaded directly from the fixed basket or we can use special interchangeable carriers to save labor cost and improve efficiency. Trolleys help the operator during the loading and the unloading phases because it is a rotating type. The trolleys with baskets receive the fabric directly from the dyeing machine and after loading the operator takes it to the centrifuge and after the cycle the trolley with basket goes to the fabric opener machine. The hoist/robot has the function of lifting the basket for centrifuge and introducing it into the hydroextractor. The same hoist will lift the basket out of the hydroextractor, to release it onto the rotating trolley on wheels for unloading operations. The system can be equipped with automatic forklift for baskets movement in the factory working area. In alternative, hydroextractor can be supplied with fixed basket and rotating arm for the loading/unloading of the fabric from the basket.
