Hydroextractor for Yarn Packages
GALVANIN S.p.A. can supply hydroextractor machines for packages.
The working height of the machine has been studied to allow an immediate and easy access to the packages while the unique design of the spindles permits the quick loading of the packages in columns.
Main feature of the machine is the double automatic interchangeable basket.
This system, in fact, considerably reduces downtimes due to loading/unloading of packages since while one basket is automatically extracted from the hydroextractor for the operation of unloading/reloading of packages, the other basket is simultaneously introduced in the centrifuge for starting a new cycle.
Specially engineered parts and devices, inside the hydroextractor, avoid any possible damage to the yarn and assure to the dye-tubes the non-deformation of the same while centrifuging.
It is equipped with special inverter for energy recovery during deceleration cycle.
Hydroextractor for packages in available in 2 different models: CRA 800 and WINNER.
Configuration of CRA 800 model
- 6 Spindles of 4 packages – Ø 240 mm (total 24 packages)
- 8 Spindles of 4 packages – Ø 200 mm (total 32 packages)
- 10 Spindles of 4 packages – Ø 180 mm (total 40 packages)
Configuration of WINNER model
- 6 Spindles of 6 packages – Ø 240 mm (total 36 packages)
- 8 Spindles of 6 packages – Ø 200 mm (total 48 packages)
- 10 Spindles of 6 packages – Ø 180 mm (total 60 packages)
The plus of the WINNER model, compared to CRA 800 model, is that it can be automatized at a later stage by adding a robot that can cover the following functions:
- Unloading of the dyeing material carriers;
- Loading of the centrifuge basket before hydroextraction cycle
- Unloading of the centrifuge basket after hydroextraction cycle
- Loading of the dryer trolley
