Robot for Yarn Packages
GALVANIN S.p.A. can supply robot and automation system for new or existing dyeing house including:
- raw material loading robot for dyeing carrier (with accumulation table or depalletizing system)
- unloading robot of yarn after dyeing and loading of centrifuge
- unloading robot of centrifuge and loading of trolley of hot air low energy dryer or RF dryer
- unloading robot after drying (to final trolley, chute or pallet)
- automatic shuttle for dyeing carrier or trolleys of hot air dryer
- robotic crane for loading and unloading of dyeing carries
All Galvanin machines are designed to work with 4.0 Industry and connected with ERP system of the final customer.
The automation can be integrated to automatic shuttle for transport of horizontal dyeing carrier or automatic bridge crane for the transport of vertical dyeing carrier.
